Ulfatul Mostafa Rana serves as the Program Director of BHAiD Foundation, providing strategic leadership in the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of all programs across the organization. She ensures that initiatives in education, health, livelihoods, protection, emergency response, and community engagement are inclusive, contextually relevant, and aligned with the Foundation’s strategic objectives.
Under her leadership, programs are guided by evidence-based approaches, best practices, and rigorous monitoring and evaluation, ensuring measurable impact, high quality, and long-term sustainability. She collaborates closely with field teams, partners, and communities to strengthen program effectiveness and support the Foundation’s mission of empowering vulnerable populations and fostering positive social change across Bangladesh.
